Dymon Storage Updates Expansion Plan To 4,080,000 Square Feet

Dymon Storage Corporation announced today its updated development program. The following projects are currently under development and will be opening between 2018 and 2021:


Greater Toronto Region:

1. Brampton (Airport and Hwy#7) – 160,000 sq. ft.

2. Etobicoke (1460 The Queensway) – 500,000 sq. ft.

3. Oshawa (Five Points Mall) – 300,000 sq. ft.

4. Burlington (Guelph Line) – 150,000 sq. ft.

5. Toronto (1 Mobile) – 140,000 sq. ft.

6. Whitby (70 Taunton) – 150,000 sq. ft.

7. Ancaster (1019 Wilson) – 150,000 sq. ft.

8. Mississauga (3855 Dundas Street) – 150,000 sq. ft.

9. Burlington (1650 Appleby) – 200,000 sq. ft.

10. Yorkdale (Dufferin/Billy Bishop) – 510,000 sq. ft.

11. York Mills (850 York Mills) – 600,000 sq. ft.

12. Oakville (Burloak) – 150,000 sq. ft.

13. Oakville (Royal Windsor) – 150,000 sq. ft.



Ottawa:

1. Ottawa (Lincoln Fields) – 145,000 sq. ft.

2. Ottawa (Train Yards) – 180,000 sq. ft.

3. Ottawa (Barrhaven) – 140,000 sq. ft.

4. Ottawa (Clyde at Baseline) – 145,000 sq. ft.

5. Ottawa (Kanata) – 160,000 sq. ft.



Total: 4,080,000 sq. ft.



In addition to the projects identified above, Dymon is completing due diligence on properties comprising over 2 million additional square feet in the Greater Toronto Region and Ottawa, including Innes Road, Lebreton Flats, and Woodroffe/Baseline in Ottawa, as well as Richmond Hill (Leslie and Hwy #7), Scarborough (Estate Drive), Vaughan, Hamilton (Waterdown), Toronto (Stockyards), Newmarket (Yonge Street), North York (Caledonia), Scarborough (Eglinton), and Mississauga (Mavis).



These current and future projects are part of Dymon’s six (6) year ten (10) million square foot expansion in Ottawa and the Greater Toronto Region.
