Dymon Storage Corporation announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a property at 1460 The Queensway in Toronto, ON. This exceptional property shall be extensively renovated up to a 500,000 sq. ft. Dymon Storage facility. Dymon’s Toronto Corporate offices will also be located at this property. This Toronto site is the second of eighty (80) Dymon Storage facilities planned for the Toronto area. Upon completion of Dymon’s ten (10) year expansion plan for the Toronto area, Dymon will have over 10 million square feet of its industry leading storage facilities.
Dymon Storage began operations in the Nation’s Capital where it now controls over 76% of the entire marketplace in Ottawa. Dymon Storage has deliberately positioned itself in the mainstream by locating facilities in highly visible, high traffic locations, usually adjacent to big box retail developments.
